Laswa nga tambo "Bamboo Shoot"

As you can see in the picture it is the Bamboo Shoot or "Tambo" in Ilonggo it is a native Filipino viand that can found here in the Philippines. It rarely grown during rainy seasons and most of the Filipinos found it only during summer seasons. It is a good source of viand because it not just only delicious but it can give a lot source of nutrients that are needed by our body.
